Foreign Scholars
- The registration period for foreign scholars will be from September 15th to October 31st
- The registration includes an application for an online visa. They will be required to provide a copy of their passport when applying for the visa. After approval, participants will receive an invitation including the visa.
- Foreign scholars should provide a title and an abstract during the registration period (until October 31st).
- The conference participants who are already in the country and will be staying in the country after the conference, should fill out the relevant fields when registering: – I am already in Iraq for this reason: ….; – I will remain in Iraq after the 71st RAI for this reason: …. And then state that the people are responsible for their own travel from the Hotel to the Airport. They should organize their own visas for the periods before and after the conference.
- Participants will receive further instructions on how to obtain a visa with the invitation.
Iraqi Scholars
- The registration period for Iraqi scholars will be from September 15th to December 31st.
- Iraqis do not need a visa to enter the country, but they must state their lecture title, etc., and upload a complete presentation by December 31st.
